General Information

The format of the event is similar to the previous editions of CompFest. Presenters will be grouped into two sessions, with each session lasting 60 minutes. Each speaker will have 4 minutes for their presentation, with no Q&A during the session. That being said, if you have any questions about a presentation, please find and talk to the presenter during the coffee break. We encourage everyone to take advantage of the coffee breaks, network, and get to know each other.

Given the large number of speakers, timing will be strictly enforced. To minimize setup time, the organizing committee will reach out to all presenters to collect slides in advance. If you are a presenter and have not received any emails from us regarding this, please contact Dr. Bodhinanda Chandra by bchandra ‘at’ berkeley.edu.

Important Event Information

1) ID Verification at Check-in. In accordance with UC Berkeley’s security policy, attendees must present their ID for verification at the entrance of Stanley Hall. Please remember to bring your UC Berkeley or Stanford ID.

2) Presenter Slide Submission. To minimize setup time, the organizing committee will reach out to all presenters to collect slides in advance. If you are a presenter and have not received any emails from us regarding this, please contact Dr. Bodhinanda Chandra by bchandra@berkeley.edu.
